Attachment
Considering:
- a. that based on Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 232/KMK.05/1996 dated April 1, 1996 on Procedures of Payment and Deposit of Import Duty, Excise, Administrative Fine, Interests and Taxes in the Framework of Import, the arrangement of forms and contents of the returns is stipulated by a Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise;
- b. that the form and completion instruction of the SSBC for payment and deposit of import duty, excise, administrative fine, interests and taxes needs to be adjusted to the current provisions;
- c. that based on considerations as meant in letters a and b, it is necessary to make amendment to the Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. KEP-77/BC/2000 dated October 23, 2000 On Rectification of Custom and Excise Return Form;
In view of:
- a. Law No. 10/1995 on Customs Affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
- b. Law No. 11/1995 on Excise (Statute Book of 1995 No. 76, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613);
- c. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 5/KMK.01/1993 on Appointment of Bank as Perception Bank in the Framework of State Revenue Deposit Administration;
- d. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 232/KMK.05/1996 on Procedures of Payment and Deposit of Import Duty, Excise, Administrative Fine, Interests and Taxes in the Framework of Import;
- e. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 240/MAK.05/1996 on Excise Settlement;
- f. Joint Decision of the Director General of Budget, the Director General of Tax, the Director General of Customs and Excise, the Director General Post and Telecommunication and the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia No. KEP-38/A/51/0893; No. KEP-17/PJ/1993; No. KEP-53/BC/1993; No. 98/DHUEN/1993; No. 26/56/KEP.DIR dated August 2, 1993 on Procedure of Imposition, Deposit, Administration of State Revenue through Bank/Post and Giro Office;
- g. Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. 15/BC/1999 dated February 24, 1999 on General Guidance of Custom Management in the Field of Import as rectified most recently by Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. Kep-83/BC/1999.
DECIDES:

DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE ON AMENDMENT TO THE DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE NO. KEP-77/BC/2000 ON AMENDMENT OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE PAYMENT FORMS
Article I
To amend the Attachment to the Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. 77/BC/2000 so as to become as stipulated in the Attachment to this Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise.
Article II
This Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise shall come into force as from the date of stipulation. For public cognizance, this Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise shall be announced by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
